Introduction:
Belt conveyor is also known as rubber type belt conveyor or belt machine. And there are many belts made of other material (PVC, PU, PTFE, nylon belt, etc), expect the rubber type. The driving device can strain the conveyor belt, and the middle framework and carrier roller form the traction and load bearing of belt. So it can convey small materials or finished products. The belt conveyor is a friction drive for conveying the materials. It is composed of frame, belt, roller, tensioner and conveyer device. It can put the materials on the belt, can form the process from the feeding to unloading., convey the small materials and the finished products. It can match up with the production process of any kinds of factory and form the conveyor line.
 
Application:
The horizontal belt conveyor features of quick delivery rate, easy structure , convenient maintenance, low cost and wide universality, therefore widely used in metallurgy, mining, coal, port, transportation, water and electric, chemicals departments etc, used in the processing of loading and shipment, transshipment or accumulation, for material or items which is 500-2500kgs/m3 in density under normal temperature. It is combined by single machine or combined machines, to deliver the materials, and can be customized to be horizontal or inclined one, this belt conveyor can not only meet the requirements of horizontal and inclined delivery, but also is conveyor belt can be below 120℃. Belt conveyor should not be used at higher temperature materials. When conveying of material with acidic alkaline oils and organic solvents and other ingredients, oil is needed, acid plastic with a rubber band. Conveyor band width can be 500/ 650/ 800/ 1000/ 1200 and 1400mm.

Basic structure of horizontal belt conveyor:
1. Drive parts consist of motor system welded on a steel base, high speed coupling, reducer and reducer coupling components. By request, drive parts has both left and right the equipment installed, also oil-cooled electric drum with power 1.5KW-13KW, speed 0.80, 1.0, 1.25 is installed.
2. Scroll parts consist of drive pulley and bend pulley two categories.
3. Roller includes trough, parallel, aligning and buffer roller.
4. Cleaning parts include spring cleaning and air cleaner.
5. Discharge consists of fixed plow unloaded and electric discharge device.
6. Brake parts consist of belt backstop and roller backstop.
7. Accessories include housing, chute, funnel, etc.
